Job summary

Sunrise Biztech Systems in Bangalore is seeking a Physical Design Engineer with 3-6 years of hands-on experience to drive RTL-to-GDSII tasks.

You will perform synthesis, floorplanning, placement, CTS, routing, STA, and signoff activities, develop power-aware floorplans, and ensure timing and area objectives across all corners.

Responsibilities

• Handle block-level physical design from RTL-to-GDSII.
• Perform synthesis, floorplanning, placement, CTS, routing, STA, verification, and signoff.
• Develop and optimize floorplans considering power, congestion, timing, and area requirements.
• Execute placement and clock tree optimization for timing and power closure.
• Perform routing and post-route optimization.
• Analyze and close setup and hold violations across all modes and corners.
• Perform ECO implementation and validation.
• DRC/LVS, EMIR, FEV and CLP closure.
