Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Phlebotomist role based in Bengaluru. The Phlebotomist will collect blood and other specimens from patients in accordance with established protocols, ensuring accurate labeling, proper handling, and safe storage for transport. Daily responsibilities include verifying patient identity, explaining procedures clearly, maintaining infection control and safety standards, and using appropriate equipment and techniques to minimize discomfort. The role also involves completing necessary documentation, coordinating with laboratory and logistics teams, and supporting sample tracking and cold chain requirements. Qualifications

• Strong blood collection skills, including venipuncture and capillary sampling, with consistent adherence to safety and infection control protocols.
