Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with patients to coordinate home sample collection
• Visit patients' homes to collect samples according to scheduled appointments
• Collect samples and perform rapid testing when required
• Maintain specimen integrity using aseptic techniques and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Accurately identify patients and verify identity documents
• Perform venipuncture or finger-stick procedures
• Use correct testing equipment to analyze samples
• Label vials accurately and match specimens with the correct patient records
• Prepare and package specimens for safe transportation
• Maintain accurate records of patient data and test results
• Clean, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment
• Ensure proper tagging and documentation
• Follow biohazard safety and biomedical waste management protocols
