Job summary

Qualifications

• Comfortable travelling for home blood collection visits.
• Professional, punctual, responsible, and patient-friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Home-visit assignments will be eligible for additional incentives/payment as per clinic policy.

• Answer calls and WhatsApp enquiries professionally.
• Coordinate between patients, physiotherapists, doctors, and laboratory services.
• Maintain patient registration and basic records.
• Prepare patient bills and receipts.
• Handle cash/UPI/card payments and maintain accurate payment records.
• Follow up on pending payments when required.
• Maintain daily billing and collection records.
• Coordinate with management regarding accounts and discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the blood collection area and reception.
• Ensure adequate availability of phlebotomy and reception supplies.
