Job summary

Assystem in Bengaluru (India) seeks a PHE & FPS Design Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to design layouts, perform calculations, and ensure NBC and IS code compliance.

You will coordinate with architectural, structural, HVAC and electrical teams, prepare BOQs and technical specs, and review drawings to address consultant comments.

Experience with AutoCAD, PHE/FPS standards, and MEP coordination is essential; Revit MEP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prepare PHE and FPS design layouts, schematics, and GFC drawings.
• Perform plumbing demand, drainage, fire water tank, pump sizing, and hydraulic calculations.
• Prepare BOQs, equipment schedules, technical specifications, and design reports.
• Ensure compliance with NBC, relevant IS codes, CPHEEO, and applicable NFPA standards.
• Coordinate with architectural, structural, HVAC, and electrical teams.
• Review drawings, resolve coordination issues, and address consultant comments.

Job Description – PHE & FPS Design Engineer

Experience: 2–5 Years

• Prepare PHE and FPS design layouts, schematics, and GFC drawings.

• Ensure compliance with NBC, relevant IS codes, CPHEEO, and applicable NFPA standards.

• Review drawings, resolve coordination issues, and address consultant comments.

Required Skills: AutoCAD proficiency, knowledge of PHE/FPS design standards, and experience in MEP design coordination. Revit MEP knowledge is an added advantage.
