Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D BIM models for plumbing and fire fighting systems using industry-standard software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD MEP).
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate integration of PHE and FF systems into overall building models.
• Create and maintain project-specific content libraries for PHE and FF components.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with other disciplines to resolve conflicts in the model.
• Generate accurate quantity take-offs and material schedules from BIM models.
• Prepare 2D drawings and documentation derived from 3D models.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations in model development.
• Participate in project meetings and coordinate with clients, architects, and engineers as needed.
• Assist in developing and maintaining BIM standards and best practices for the organization.
• Support the creation of construction and fabrication drawings based on BIM models.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes and workflows.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends related to PHE and FF systems.
