Job summary

You will conduct training on personality development, communication, interview preparation, workplace behaviour, and employability skills; you will lead mock interviews, group discussions, and practical activities, providing feedback and mentoring to foster employability.

Qualifications

• 35 years of experience in Soft Skills, Personality Development, Communication, Employability, or Corporate Training.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong presentation, public-speaking, and facilitation skills.
• Tamil & English communication skills preferred.
• Experience in mock interviews and placement training is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive soft-skills and personality development training sessions.
• Train students on Communication & Spoken English; Confidence Building; Body Language & Grooming; Presentation & Public Speaking; Interpersonal Skills; Teamwork & Leadership; Time Management; Workplace Etiquette; Emotional Intelligence; Stress Management; Interview Skills; Group Discussion.
• Conduct mock interviews, role plays, presentations, group discussions, and practical activities.
• Help students improve their confidence, communication, attitude, and professional behaviour.
• Provide individual feedback and mentoring.
• Identify students' skill gaps and provide appropriate guidance.
• Prepare training materials, activities, assessments, and practice exercises.
• Track student participation and improvement.
• Coordinate with the Academic and Placement teams to improve student employability.
• Conduct career-readiness and interview-preparation sessions.
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and motivating classroom environment.
