Job summary

Tata Capital in Nashik is seeking a result‑driven Personal Loan Sales professional to generate and manage Personal Loan leads across multiple channels. You will engage with customers, understand financial requirements, and drive the end-to-end journey from lead generation to login and disbursement.

Coordinate with credit, operations and documentation teams to secure approvals, ensure timely document verification, and maximize conversions and disbursements while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Graduate preferred.
• Experience in Personal Loan / Banking / NBFC / Financial Services sales preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of the local market.
• Target-oriented with good negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered.
