Job summary

Infosys Quality Engineering in Bengaluru is seeking a performance tester to design, develop, and execute performance tests using JMeter or LoadRunner, and to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines. You will analyze bottlenecks, monitor system performance, and collaborate with DevOps, DBA, and development teams to deliver optimization recommendations and reliable software performance.

Strong experience in Performance Testing.
Hands-on with Apache JMeter and/or Micro Focus LoadRunner.
Experience in creating and maintaining performance testing scripts.
Strong understanding of Load, Stress, Endurance, Spike, and Volume Testing.
Experience analyzing response times, throughput, CPU, memory, disk utilization, and network metrics.
Knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS, REST APIs, and Web Services.
Strong SQL skills for database performance validation.
Experience with Linux/Unix commands and server log analysis.
Understanding of application architecture, microservices, and distributed systems.
Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Responsibilities
