Job summary

Magic EdTech is seeking an experienced Performance Engineer in India to join our QA team. The role focuses on ensuring application reliability through scalable load testing using JMeter and LoadRunner Enterprise, with work located in Gurugram, Noida, or Pune.

You will collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to create performance requirements and test plans, execute tests, and deliver insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years in IT industry, with 2–5 years specializing in Performance Engineering.
• Minimum 2–5 years hands on experience with load testing tools JMeter and LoadRunner Enterprise.
• Proven ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Create performance requirements documents and test plans with Product Owners and Development teams.
• Expertise in creating, planning, and executing load test scripts using LoadRunner Enterprise and JMeter.
• Generate reports and deliver analysis findings to stakeholders.
• Maintain and update test scripts, scenarios, and repositories.
• Work in an environment focused on Agile software development, DevOps, and CI/CD.

Required Skills

• Ability to work with Product Owners and Development teams to create performance requirements documents and test plans
• Expertise in creating, planning, and executing load test scripts using both LoadRunner Enterprise and JMeter testing tool suites
• Hands-on experience in generating reports and delivering analysis findings to stakeholders
• Must be comfortable creating new test scripts, as well as maintaining existing scripts, scenarios, and repositories.
• Must have recent experience working in an environment focused on Agile software development, DevOps, and CI/CD pipeline methodologies
