Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in performance testing.
• Hands-on scripting and execution with JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana.
• Ability to analyze logs, metrics and test results to identify bottlenecks.
• Understanding of performance engineering concepts: load testing, stress testing, scalability testing.
• Collaborates with development and infrastructure to resolve performance issues.
• Prepares performance analysis reports with actionable insights.

• Strong hands-on experience in performance scripting and execution using JMeter and LoadRunner.
• Good knowledge of monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar platforms.
• Experience in system monitoring and profiling, including CPU, memory, and thread analysis.
• Ability to analyze logs, metrics, and test results to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend improvements.
• Strong understanding of Performance Engineering concepts, including:

  • Stress Testing
  • Scalability Testing
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
• Prepare performance analysis reports and provide actionable insights.
