Performance Marketing Specialist Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive website traffic, increase lead generation, and improve conversion rates.
• Plan and manage online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and other digital assets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing and digital advertising.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, KPIs, and target audience, and tailor marketing strategies accordingly.
• Track and report on campaign performance, budget utilization, and ROI to stakeholders on a regular basis.
