About the role:

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Intern to join our growth team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent digital marketing skills, creativity, and the ability to create and optimize high-performing ads with measurable results. Self-motivation and a proactive attitude are essential.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage Google, Facebook, and Instagram channels for performance marketing
• Create, execute, and optimize campaigns across channels to maximize ROAS
• Innovate with new campaign ideas and share insights with team members
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop effective marketing campaigns focused on user acquisition and conversion
• Work with team leads to develop and prioritize strategies for optimal ROI
• Track and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights
• Monitor KPIs such as revenue, conversions, CPA, CPI, and prepare performance reports
• Stay updated on online marketing trends and best practices
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on campaign schedules and outcomes

Hard skills required:

• Extensive experience running Google and Facebook ads
• Basic knowledge of Performance Marketing
• Experience with lookalike, custom, and interest-based audiences
