We’re looking for a results‑driven Performance Marketing Manager who can own and scale paid acquisition channels while maintaining strong ROI. If you have hands‑on experience running high‑budget campaigns, optimizing funnels, and driving revenue growth across digital platforms, we’d love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms
• Own customer acquisition metrics including CAC, ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates
• Scale campaigns profitably through continuous testing of creatives, audiences, and landing pages
• Work closely with creative, content, and design teams to develop high‑performing ad creatives
• Manage media budgets and allocate spends efficiently across channels
• Analyze performance data and generate actionable insights to improve results
• Implement A/B testing strategies for ads, landing pages, and funnels
• Monitor trends, competitors, and platform updates to stay ahead in performance marketing
• Coordinate with retention and CRM teams to improve overall LTV and profitability
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for leadership

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing
• Strong hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics tools
• Proven track record of managing high‑budget campaigns with strong ROAS
• Solid understanding of funnels, landing pages, and conversion optimization
• Experience with D2C, e‑commerce, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data‑driven decision‑making
• Experience with GA4, Meta Business Manager, and attribution tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
