• You can run and optimise Google & Meta Ads confidently
• You enjoy mixing creativity + data
• You’re comfortable dealing with clients directly and making them feel that their brand is in the right hands
• You don’t wait for instructions — you take initiative
• You think in funnels, hooks, creatives, scripts, and angles
• You use AI tools to speed up ideation, research, and ad referencing BUT only when necessary!
• You treat every brand’s funds like your own

What ownership looks like at Flash Reach

• Being in charge of accounts end-to-end
• Assisting brands in multiplying revenue, not just CTR
• Ideating ad copies, referencing winners, and devising scripts
• Proactively proposing experiments and improvements
• Caring deeply about results, especially after the ad goes live
• If something breaks, you don’t panic.
• If something works, you figure out why and scale it.

Experience expectations
