Job summary

LocaGlobe in Jaipur is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist (E-commerce) to own paid acquisition and retention marketing for its online brands. You will manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns end-to-end, and build WhatsApp and email flows using Klaviyo.

The role requires comfort with ROAS/CAC targets, and collaboration with designers or AI tools for creative testing. You will optimize budgets, analyze funnel performance, and leverage AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT to accelerate

Performance Marketing Specialist (E-commerce)

About the Role

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid acquisition and retention marketing for our e-commerce brand(s). You'll run and optimize Meta and Google Ads campaigns end-to-end, build out WhatsApp and email retention flows, and use AI tools to move faster on both strategy and creative. This is a hands‑on role for someone who's comfortable in ad accounts daily, thinks in ROAS and CAC, and knows how to brief and direct creative that converts.

What You'll Do

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) for e-commerce catalogs
• Manage budgets and bidding to hit ROAS/CAC targets, with regular reporting on spend efficiency and funnel performance
• Build and manage retention marketing programs on WhatsApp and email, using tools like Klaviyo to design flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc.) and segmented campaigns
• Use AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT to speed up ad copywriting, campaign research, audience/creative ideation, and reporting summaries
• Brief and coordinate with designers, freelancers, or AI creative tools to get ad creatives (static, video, UGC-style) produced and tested on schedule
• Collaborate with the founder/marketing lead on overall growth strategy and monthly targets
  

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads specifically for e-commerce brands (not just B2B or lead-gen)
• Practical experience with retention/lifecycle marketing on WhatsApp and email, including working knowledge of Klaviyo or a similar ESP/CRM platform
• Comfortable using AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT as part of the daily workflow — for copy, research, analysis, and creative briefs
• Understanding of how to brief, source, or generate ad creatives (through designers, freelancers, or AI creative/image tools) and iterate based on performance
• Strong grasp of e-commerce metrics: ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV, conversion rate
• Analytical mindset — comfortable pulling and interpreting data from ad platforms, Google Analytics/GA4, and Shopify (or similar) to make decisions
• Good communication skills to work with creative partners and to explain performance clearly to non-marketing stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
• Basic creative sense — able to give clear, actionable feedback on ad creatives even without designing them yourself
• Experience with other retention/marketing automation tools (e.g., Interakt, WATI, Gupshup, Attentive)
• Prior experience in a D2C or fast‑growing e-commerce brand
