Role Overview

We are looking for a results‑driven Performance Marketing Executive with 3–4+ years of hands‑on experience in paid advertising and growth marketing.

This role is for someone who owns numbers, understands full‑funnel performance, and can independently plan, execute, optimize, and report paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities

• A. Campaign Planning & Execution:
  • Plan, launch, and manage high‑budget performance campaigns on:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Audience research, funnel structuring, and A/B testing
• B. Optimization & Scaling:
  • Continuously optimize campaigns for:
  • CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rate
  • Analyze creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies
  • Scale winning campaigns while controlling ad spend efficiency
• C. Analytics & Tracking:
  • Track performance using:
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Set up and monitor:
  • Conversion tracking
  • Pixels, events, and UTM tracking
  • Identify insights and actionable growth opportunities
• D. Reporting & Communication:
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
  • Present clear insights, learnings, and next‑step recommendations
  • Coordinate with creative and content teams for performance‑led creatives
