Job summary

Zodiac HR Consultants in Mumbai seeks an accomplished marketing leader to drive performance initiatives across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. You will optimize Amazon Ads and marketplace campaigns, analyze ROAS and CAC, and collaborate with product and sales teams to boost online revenue.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience, strong Excel/Sheets skills, and proven stakeholder management, with expertise in Meta and Google Ads to improve AOV and CVR while handling large datasets.

Qualifications

• 25 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing, E-commerce or Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience in E-commerce and Quick Commerce.
• Experience with Amazon Ads / marketplace advertising.
• Understanding of D2C business and website performance.
• Working knowledge of Meta and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical and commercial understanding.
• Good to Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Experience working with SKU-level reports and large datasets.
• Understanding of ROAS, ACOS, CAC, CPC, CTR, CVR and AOV.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
