Job summary

APPWRK IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive/Marketing Manager with 3+ years of hands-on experience to drive our SaaS product marketing efforts.

You will plan and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, manage the full paid funnel, and collaborate with sales to improve lead quality. The role requires strong analytics, GA4 knowledge, and the ability to run A/B tests and optimize landing pages for better CAC/ROAS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
• Strong experience with SaaS / B2B SaaS / software product marketing.
• Proven experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Understanding of lead generation and SaaS customer acquisition funnels.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4, conversion tracking and campaign analytics.
• Experience with landing-page optimization, retargeting and A/B testing.
• Ability to independently analyze campaign data and make optimization decisions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns for SaaS products.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid acquisition channels.
• Handle the complete paid marketing funnel — lead generation → conversion → CAC/ROAS optimization.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis and campaign planning.
• Create and test different ad copies, creatives, landing pages and campaigns.
• Track and analyze metrics such as CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate and lead quality.
• Work with the sales/product teams to improve lead quality and customer acquisition.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, GA4 and other analytics tools.
• Continuously perform A/B testing and campaign optimization.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets across different channels.
