Job summary

Codewinglet Pvt. Ltd. in Surat is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, optimize, and scale digital campaigns that generate qualified leads and maximize ROAS.

You will manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, leveraging GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking to improve CTR, CPA, and ROI. Collaboration with design, content, and sales teams is essential to campaign success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing or related field.
• Hands-on experience with paid channels and analytics tools.
• Experience with IT services, SaaS, or software is a plus.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across digital channels.
• Execute lead generation campaigns for products and tech services.
• Manage budgets to maximize ROI and minimize CPA.
• Conduct audience research, competitor & keyword analysis.
• Create campaign structures and targeting strategies.
• Perform A/B testing of creatives, headlines and landing pages.
• Track performance using analytics and conversion tools.
• Monitor metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROAS.
• Generate regular performance reports with insights.
• Collaborate with design, content, sales, and dev teams.
• Implement remarketing and optimize landing pages.

Ltd. is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, optimize, and scale digital marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads, increase brand visibility, and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms, analytics tools, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple digital channels.
• Execute lead generation campaigns for physical products, SaaS products, and technology products, including social media post-based marketing campaigns.
• Manage advertising budgets while maximizing ROI and minimizing cost per acquisition (CPA).
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
• Create campaign structures, ad groups, and audience targeting strategies.
• Perform A/B testing of creatives, headlines, landing pages, and ad copies.
• Track campaign performance using analytics and conversion tracking tools.
• Monitor key marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
• Collaborate with the design, content, sales, and development teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Implement remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
• Optimize landing pages for better conversion rates.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and advertising policies.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Performance Marketing concepts.
• Hands-on experience with: Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads
• Knowledge of: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console, Meta Pixel, Conversion Tracking.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and landing page optimization.
• Knowledge of audience segmentation and remarketing.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, Computer Applications, or a related field.
• Experience marketing IT services, SaaS products, AI solutions, or software products is an added advantage.
