Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create marketing content for social media, email, and digital campaigns.
• Use AI tools to support content creation, research, and productivity.
• Create basic creatives using Canva.
• Execute and manage email marketing campaigns.
• Conduct basic SEO, competitor, market, and keyword research.
• Research and build relevant prospect/business databases through online sources.
• Support personal branding and digital presence initiatives.
• Maintain basic marketing reports and performance data.

Who Will Succeed in This Role

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
• Basic understanding of digital advertising and lead generation.
• Knowledge of email marketing, SEO, and social media marketing.
• Comfortable using Canva and AI tools for content creation.
• Strong research and data-hunting ability.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Curious, proactive, and willing to learn new tools and techniques.
• Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
• B2B or manufacturing experience will be an added advantage.
