Job summary

Moving Tech (Namma Yatri) is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to support planning, execution, and day-to-day optimization of campaigns on Google Ads and Meta. This hands-on role is ideal for someone early in their performance marketing career who wants to build deep user acquisition and data-driven optimization skills alongside a senior marketing team.

You will handle campaign setup, optimization, creative coordination, A/B testing, and reporting, with a focus on mobile app campaigns

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably for mobile apps.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (UAC campaigns a plus).
• Basic understanding of performance tracking and attribution tools.
• Familiarity with CAC, LTV, retention, and conversion funnels.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Execute and maintain performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta under guidance.

• Performance Tracking: Track daily and weekly campaign performance and flag anomalies or optimization opportunities.

• A/B Testing: Support testing of creatives, audience segments, and campaign structures.
• Reporting: Prepare regular performance reports using tracking and attribution tools.
• Campaign Hygiene: Maintain naming conventions, tagging, UTM structures, and budget pacing.
• Industry Awareness: Stay updated on platform updates, ad policy changes, and industry best practices.
