Graphy Inc. in Bengaluru is seeking a Performance Marketing Executive to own paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, optimize funnel performance, and drive measurable ROAS.

You will analyze CPC, CAC, CTR, and conversions while collaborating with design/content teams to craft compelling creatives and landing pages. We value a data-driven, creative thinker with 2–4 years of experience, strong analytics, and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (Search, Display, Video).
• Strong analytical skills with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Excel/Sheets.
• Creative mindset to ideate ad copies, hooks and campaign strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecast performance and optimize for ROI.
• Experience with LinkedIn/Twitter ads is a plus.
• Familiarity with funnel optimization, retargeting and attribution models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
• Own the performance marketing funnel: from campaign setup to reporting, analysis, and continuous optimization.
• Track, monitor, and analyze key metrics such as CPC, CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, ensuring efficiency and ROI.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling creatives, ad copies, and landing pages that convert.
• Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and messaging to enhance campaign performance.
• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.
• Partner with product and growth teams to ensure alignment between campaigns and business goals / user acquisition strategies.
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager (Search, Display, Video, Facebook, Instagram).
• Strong analytical skills; proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Excel/Sheets.
• A creative mindset with the ability to ideate ad copies, hooks, and innovative campaign strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
