Job summary

Recrivio is seeking an experienced Performance Marketer to drive growth across India’s leading Quick Commerce and marketplace platforms. The role requires hands-on management of paid campaigns and a data-driven approach to optimization.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Category teams, optimizing budgets and reporting performance insights to accelerate profitable revenue growth. Prior experience with Zepto, Instamart, Blinkit, BigBasket is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, quick commerce, marketplace advertising, or digital advertising.
• Hands-on experience with paid advertising and campaign optimization.
• Strong analytical and performance tracking skills.
• Experience working with platform Advertisement Account Managers.
• Ability to collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Category teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Quick Commerce and Marketplace platforms.
• Manage campaigns across Zepto, Instamart, Blinkit, BigBasket and other relevant portals.
• Coordinate regularly with platform Advertisement Account Managers to improve campaign performance and optimize budgets.
• Monitor campaign metrics, identify performance trends, and implement optimization strategies.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Category teams to improve visibility, maximize ROAS, and deliver profitable revenue growth.
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights for campaign and category growth.
• Stay updated on platform advertising formats, policies, and best practices.
