Job summary

Raj Rox Creative Studio in Jaipur is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own paid campaigns and drive scaling through data-driven methods.

You will manage Meta Ads and Google Ads, run lead generation and e-commerce campaigns, and optimize for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and CTR. The role requires hands-on analytics, audience research, and collaboration with the creative team to boost ROI.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads.
• Understanding of pixels, conversion tracking & remarketing.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets.
• Experience with lead generation/e-commerce campaigns is a plus.
