Job summary

Yougotagift in Kochi/Kozhikode is seeking a seasoned Marketing Analytics professional. You will support tracking, analytics, and reporting across web and app, using GA4 and CleverTap to drive data-driven decisions.

Role covers digital marketing, martech/automation, and CRM with cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Product, and Tech teams. A strong analytics background and 12 years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Marketing/Analytics or related field.
• 12 years of experience in digital marketing, analytics, or MarTech.
• Understanding of GA4, GTM, Google Ads, SEO and marketing analytics.
• Exposure to CleverTap or similar platforms such as MoEngage/WebEngage preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Willing to learn new marketing tools and automation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Analytics & Reporting: track and analyze user behaviour with GA4 and CleverTap.
• Set up and manage GTM tags, events, parameters, and funnels.
• Prepare dashboards with Looker Studio, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Analyze campaigns and provide actionable insights to marketing team.
• Digital Marketing: plan and monitor Google Ads campaigns; assist SEO work.
• MarTech & Marketing Automation: support CleverTap activities and personalized campaigns.
• Coordinate with Product and Technology for campaign tracking.
• Performance Reporting: report on acquisition, engagement, retention, conversions.
• B2B Marketing & CRM: assist lead tracking, nurturing, and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Analytics & Reporting

• Support tracking and analysis of user behaviour across web and app using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and CleverTap.
• Assist in setting up and managing GTM tags, events, parameters, and conversion funnels.
• Prepare and maintain performance dashboards and reports using Looker Studio, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Analyse campaign and user data and provide actionable insights to the marketing team.

Digital Marketing

• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and App channels.
• Support SEO activities using tools such as Ahrefs and Google Search Console.
• Assist with digital marketing initiatives across performance marketing, CRM, and organic growth.

MarTech & Marketing Automation

• Support CleverTap activities, including audience segmentation, automation journeys, in-app notifications, and pop-ups.
• Assist in executing personalized campaigns focused on user engagement, retention, and conversions.
• Coordinate with Product and Technology teams to support the implementation and tracking of marketing campaigns.

Performance Reporting

• Prepare regular reports on acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion performance.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI.Support the marketing team with data-driven insights for decision-making.

B2B Marketing & CRM

• Support B2B marketing activities.
• Assist with lead tracking, nurturing, reporting, and maintaining accurate marketing data.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across marketing platforms and databases.

Tools & Platforms

CleverTap, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Ads, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 12 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, performance marketing, or MarTech.
• Basic to good understanding of GA4, GTM, Google Ads, SEO, and marketing analytics.
• Exposure to CleverTap or similar marketing automation platforms such as MoEngage or WebEngage is preferred.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and prepare reports.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with Marketing, Product, Technology, and Business teams.
• Willingness to learn new marketing tools, technologies, and automation platforms.
