Job summary

mepass is seeking a results-driven performance marketer to own Meta and Google Ads campaigns from planning to execution in Ahmedabad. You will optimize ROAS, manage large budgets, and deliver data-driven insights to drive revenue and growth; align campaigns with sales goals and KPIs.

Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in campaign structuring, bidding optimization, and scaling ad accounts profitably. You will work closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, on-site environment,

Qualifications

• Must have managed Meta and Google Ads with a spend above ₹50 Lakhs and proven ROAS.
• Hands-on campaign structuring, targeting, and bid optimization.
• Proven record of scaling ad accounts profitably.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced on-site environment.
