Job summary

Wixkraft Studio in Navi Mumbai is seeking a hands-on Performance Marketer to drive growth through data-informed campaigns across digital platforms. You’ll plan and execute paid campaigns, optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads, and develop audiences, targeting and retargeting strategies.

You’ll monitor metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR and conversions, run A/B tests, work with design teams on performance-led content, and translate data into actionable recommendations for rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Comfortable working with data, analytics and performance metrics.
• Good understanding of funnels, conversion and customer journeys.
• Ability to connect creative thinking with measurable business outcomes.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Experience working with multiple brands or industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI and marketing tools is a plus.
