Job summary

Swara Baby Products is seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing professional to lead advertising efforts for major e-commerce marketplaces. The role focuses on planning, budgeting, and executing high-ROI campaigns across Amazon and Flipkart, with a strong emphasis on data-driven optimization.

The candidate will drive campaigns from setup to launch, coordinate with platforms and internal teams, and deliver performance reports to support e-commerce profitability and growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 4-8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing for e-commerce marketplaces.
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and similar platforms.
• Experience managing sizable monthly ad budgets with clear ROI accountability.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage advertisement campaigns for e-commerce marketplaces.
• Plan media and budget allocations.
• Develop and execute campaign strategy.
• Set up campaigns and launch them.
• Coordinate across platforms.
