Job summary

Wokab is hiring a Performance Marketer for on-site work at Gurugram (Sohna Road). Immediate joining and full-time employment are offered. The role focuses on driving growth through paid campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.

You will plan, execute, optimize, and scale campaigns while producing reporting and performance analyses to guide strategy. A strong analytical mindset and collaborative approach are essential for success in our fast-growing creative agency.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Strong understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display & Performance Max).
• Ability to plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid campaigns.
• Experience with campaign reporting and performance analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and launch paid campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
• Monitor, optimize, and scale campaigns to meet targets.
• Create regular performance reports and derive actionable insights.
• Collaborate with creative teams to improve ad hiệu quả and ROAS.
