As a Digital Ads Specialist, you will plan, launch, and optimise campaigns on Google Ads and Amazon Ads, analyze performance in Excel/Sheets, and translate insights into scalable playbooks. 2+ years of experience and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Google Ads, Amazon Ads, or quick commerce ad platforms.
• Strong communication skills as you'll be client-facing and strategy-owning.
• Hands-on campaign management and performance analysis with Excel/Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise digital ads across quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.
• Use Dcluttr to grow brands: optimise availability, visibility, pricing, and ads pipelines
• Work with client teams directly: align on strategy and troubleshoot live issues
• Run structured experiments: geo splits, discount strategies, targeting new keywords, and more
• Track key performance metrics including ROAS, CTRs, CPCs, keyword × SKU × city performance, share of voice, competitor strategies
• Codify learnings into reusable growth playbooks and case studies that scale across the portfolio
• Shape the product roadmap by feeding back client needs and growth pain points

Join us in disrupting the global e-commerce AI analytics space. As one of our early team members, you will work closely with the founders and achieve rapid career growth in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will be working directly with leading consumer brands (and their founders, CMOs, and category heads) to help them win on platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise digital ads across quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.
• Use Dcluttr to grow brands: optimise availability, visibility, pricing, and ads pipelines
• Work with client teams directly: align on strategy and troubleshoot live issues
• Run structured experiments: geo splits, discount strategies, targeting new keywords, and more

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Google Ads, Amazon Ads, or quick commerce ad platforms
• Strong communication skills - you’ll be client-facing and strategy-owning
• Hands‑on with campaign management and performance analysis (Excel/Sheets fluency is a must)
• Solid grasp of growth and ad performance metrics
• Basic understanding of the quick commerce space
• (Optional) Prior experience working directly with brand teams, category managers, or CMOs
• (Optional) Proficiency in SQL
