Satori Creatives LLP is seeking a performance marketing specialist to own the full funnel for a fast‑growing skincare brand. You will plan, launch, and scale campaigns across Meta and Google, driving customer acquisition from first click to purchase.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in performance marketing, strong D2C experience, and deep knowledge of Meta/Google ecosystems. The role emphasizes data‑driven decisions and collaboration with creatives to optimize conversions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the full performance marketing engine from planning to scaling.
• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
• Drive customer acquisition from first click to final purchase.
• Collaborate with creative to test ad copies, videos, UGC, and landing pages.
• Run A/B tests to improve CTR, conversions, and ROI.
• Track ROAS, CAC, AOV, and LTV; report insights weekly/monthly.
• Set up funnels, pixels, events, and tracking (GA4, Tag Manager).
• Utilize remarketing and lookalike audiences to boost performance.
• Manage budgets to maintain profitability.

We’re building a fast-growing skincare brand and are looking for someone who knows how to turn ad spend into real, measurable growth.

If you’ve worked with D2C brands, understand customer behavior, and enjoy scaling campaigns that deliver real results, this role will be a strong fit for you.

What you’ll be doing

• You will own the entire performance marketing engine, not just parts of it.
• Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)
• Take full responsibility for customer acquisition — from first click to final purchase
• Work closely with the creative team to test ad copies, videos, UGC, and landing pages
• Run continuous A/B tests to improve CTR, conversion rates, and overall ROI
• Track and optimize key metrics like ROAS, CAC, AOV, and LTV
• Set up and manage funnels, pixels, events, and tracking (GA4, Tag Manager, etc.)
• Use remarketing, lookalike audiences, and smart segmentation to improve performance
• Manage and scale budgets responsibly while maintaining profitability
• Share clear insights through weekly and monthly reports — what’s working, what’s not, and what to do next

What we’re looking for

• 3 to 4 years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing
• Strong experience in D2C (skincare, beauty, or personal care is a big plus)
• Deep understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads ecosystems
