Job summary

Quantum Leap Learning Solutions is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer to design, launch, and optimize digital campaigns. You will combine creativity with analytics to maximize ROI, profile audiences, and implement data-driven optimizations across Meta and Google ads.

You will work closely with content and design teams to produce assets and scripts, manage sizable monthly budgets, and continuously improve campaign performance to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads for optimized campaigns.
• Experience in both B2B and B2C campaigns.
• Ability to dissect campaign data and extract actionable insights.
• Experience handling high monthly ad budgets (Rs 25 Lakhs+).

As a Performance Marketer, you'll combine creativity with analytical acumen to leverage digital channels, ensuring optimized ROI on our marketing campaigns. Your chief goal will be to implement, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns that drive results. Responsibilities

• Audience Profiling: Deeply understand our target audience to ensure campaigns are tailored for maximum resonance and eectiveness.


• Strategic Campaign Planning: Carry out digital marketing plans, allocating budgets eciently across various channels.


• Asset Development: Collaborate with the content & design team to ensure timely creation of high-quality, optimized digital assets tailored for each campaign.


• Campaign Launch: Execute and manage the launch of campaigns across multiple platforms.


• Continuous Optimization: Monitor campaign performance in real-time and adjust strategies as needed to ensure KPIs are met or exceeded.

Skills and Knowledge

• Deep knowledge of key digital platforms like Meta Ads and Google Ads, with the ability to leverage their advanced features for optimal campaign performance.


• Demonstrated experience in both B2B and B2C campaigns.


• Ability to dissect campaign data, extracting valuable insights and recommendations for improvement.


• Handle significant ad budgets, with a threshold of at least Rs 25 lakhs spend per month.


• Comprehensive understanding of Meta and Google ad dashboards, ensuring best practices are applied and maximum value is derived.


• Experience in copywriting & video ad script writing is a significant advantage, though not mandatory.
