Job summary

Makoons Play School is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer to scale our digital growth from the classroom to the community in Uttar Pradesh. You will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, focusing on measurable KPIs and ROAS.

Collaboration with the creative and analytics teams will ensure high-converting ads, data-driven decisions, and steady improvements in CTR, CPC, CPA, and overall online impact for our fast-growing preschool brand.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience (Executive role)
• 3-6 years experience (Manager role)
• Strong analytical mindset & hands-on campaign experience
• Education industry experience is a plus
