Job summary

ReNew is seeking an Engineer - Data Analytics & Performance Monitoring to join the Wind & Solar asset team in Gurugram. You will operate the ReNew Diagnostic Center and focus on predictive maintenance, tracking KPIs and optimizing asset performance.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, knowledge of SCADA configuration, and collaboration with asset management teams to improve reliability and productivity.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in data analytics and performance monitoring.
• Experience with wind and solar assets.
• Knowledge of SCADA configuration is a plus.
• Strong collaboration and team-player mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate the ReNew Diagnostic Center with a focus on predictive maintenance.
• Oversee performance and operations of wind and solar assets.
• Monitor KPIs and manage risk reporting for internal and external digital projects.
• Provide inputs to asset management teams to optimize performance and reliability.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with the manager and work as part of a cross-functional team.
• Maintain records including curtailments, LPF/PLF trend reports and daily generation reports.

Designation: Engineer - Data Analytics & Performance Monitoring (Wind & Solar)

Experience: 2 years to 3 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations of the ReNew Diagnostic Center, with prevention by prediction philosophy
• Oversee the performance & operations of assets
• Monitoring Key Performance Indicators & Manage risks management reporting - internal & external Digital projects - act as a team member, track implementation and report
• Provide routine & non-routine inputs to Wind & Solar asset management teams for enhancing performance, productivity & reliability of assets.
