Role Profile: Performance Coaching (Learning and Development)

Position Purpose:

As a Performance Coach in the Learning & Development (L&D) team at PolicyBazaar, you'll be a key driver in ensuring the retention and growth of our top talent (Top 60% advisors – Sales Vertical) for JAG (Jeeto Apna Ghar) & ES (Emerging Star). This is a full-time, individual contributor role focused on performance coaching and engagement for approximately 3500+ JAG & ES sales advisors in both the Life and General Insurance verticals. You'll use data-driven insights and a people-first approach to identify and support advisors at risk of attrition, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attrition Management
  • Maintain the attrition target for sales advisors for JAGs & ES.
  • Attrition Forecast: Identify the potential forecast and curve before the advisor resigns.
• People Engagement
  • Unlock Potential through 1:1 coaching conversation.
  • Increase the visibility of the contest and recognition structures (Orientation, helpdesks, FAQs, quizzes, reviews) aligned to business priorities.
  • Serve as a dedicated performance coach for advisors.
  • Translate data insights (coverage %, interaction input, EWS, RAG, attrition trends) into actionable interventions.
• Business Reviews
  • Timely review with Business Heads on the pulse received, discuss the actionable interventions through data insights
• Stakeholder Management
  • Partner with Business, HR, and L&D to align program goals with business needs
  • Ensure transparent communication of progress, risks, and successes with senior leadership
  • Strengthen credibility of JAG & ES by showcasing impact through reviews and dashboards.
  • Collaborating with other stakeholders to identify the training need.
• Program & Project Management – Seamless execution of performance coaching frameworks with discipline.
• Analytical & Data Competence – Attrition forecasting, dashboard usage, translating insights into actions, analysis of related data
