What would you do?

• The Performance Management Associate supports the delivery of Performance and Career Management services by processing employee and manager requests accurately and efficiently.
• The role focuses on transactional execution, adherence to defined processes, and timely resolution of performance related service requests while ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Exposure to Performance Management or HR transactional processes is an advantage.
• Support workforce behavior in alignment with the organization s business strategy by designing, developing, implementing, and executing key HR processes: strategic planning; supply demand; hiring and sourcing; on-boarding and integration; training and development; objective-setting and performance management; and compensation and rewards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Process incoming Performance Management requests received through email, case management tools, or portals.

Knowledge Skills Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with focus on data accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Customer service orientation and ability to handle queries professionally.
• Ability to follow standard procedures and work instructions consistently.
• Willingness to work in a process driven, metrics oriented environment.
