Job summary

Capgemini is seeking experienced PeopleSoft professionals in India to support and enhance PeopleSoft applications across Administration, Functional Consulting, and Technical Development. The role involves configuring, upgrading, and integrating PeopleSoft modules such as HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions using PeopleTools, App Designer, and Integration Broker.

Strong SQL/PL/SQL skills and WebLogic/Tuxedo expertise are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in PeopleSoft Administration, Functional, or Technical domains.
• Expertise in PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, and Integration Broker.
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions, or other modules.
• Knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Experience with WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, and PIA administration.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and upgrade PeopleSoft Applications, PeopleTools, WebLogic, Tuxedo, and Process Scheduler.
• Configure and support HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions, or related modules.
• Design PeopleCode, App Engine, Component Interface, SQR, and BI Publisher reports; build integrations via Integration Broker, REST, SOAP.

Your Role

We are seeking experienced PeopleSoft professionals with expertise in Administration, Functional Consulting, and Technical Development to support and enhance PeopleSoft applications.

PeopleSoft Administration

• Install, configure, and upgrade PeopleSoft Applications, PeopleTools, WebLogic, Tuxedo, and Process Scheduler.
• Perform environment refreshes, migrations, patching, and upgrade activities.

Functional Consulting

• Configure and support PeopleSoft modules including HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions, or related applications.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend business process improvements.

Technical Development

• Design and build PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR, and BI Publisher reports.
• Develop integrations using Integration Broker, REST, SOAP, and file-based interfaces.

Your Profile

• Strong experience in PeopleSoft Administration, Functional, or Technical domains.
• Expertise in PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, and Integration Broker.
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions, or other PeopleSoft modules.
