Job summary

Persistent is seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Administrator to manage development, testing, and production environments, ensuring security, availability, and performance of FSCM & HCM platforms. The role includes patching, upgrades, and coordinating across DBAs and system admins.

The ideal candidate will handle production support, middleware issues, and capacity planning while driving infrastructure collaboration and disaster recovery exercises.

Qualifications

• PeopleSoft Administration experience across Dev/Test/Prod environments.
• Patch and Upgrade Management for PeopleSoft environments.
• Security administration including access control and user management.
• Production support including outage diagnosis and middleware issues.
• Performance and capacity management across CPU, memory, and disk.
• Project migration between environments.
• Infrastructure coordination with DBAs and Windows/Linux admins.

About Position:

We are seekinga highly skilled and proactive Peoplesoft Administration to drive automation-led transformation across IT infrastructure services. This roleis responsible foridentifyingoverseeing ERP Technology, PeopleSoft System Administrators for day-to-day technical operation, security, availability, maintenance, and performance of COHs PeopleSoft FSCM & HCM platforms.
