Persistent Systems Limited is seeking a seasoned Peoplesoft Administrator to drive automation-led transformation across IT infrastructure services. The role oversees ERP technology, PeopleSoft FSCM & HCM environments, and ensures day-to-day operations, security, availability, and performance.

You will manage Environment Administration for Dev/Test/Prod, patching and upgrades, security, production support, and capacity planning, coordinating with DBAs and Windows/Linux admins.

Qualifications

• Experience: 6 to 10 years in PeopleSoft administration and IT infra support.
• Expertise in managing PeopleSoft FSCM and HCM environments across Dev/Test/Prod.
• Experience with patching, upgrades, security, and disaster recovery planning.

Responsibilities

• Environment Administration (Dev, Test, Prod) for PeopleSoft environments.
• Patch and Upgrade Management for ERP platforms.
• Security Administration (access control and user management).
• Production Support: diagnose outages and middleware issues.
• Performance and Capacity Management (resource monitoring, tuning).
• Infrastructure Coordination with DBAs, Windows/Linux admins, SSL cert mgmt.
