Job summary

Capgemini in Hyderabad, India, is seeking experienced PeopleSoft professionals covering Administration, Functional Consulting, and Technical Development to support and enhance PeopleSoft applications. You will administer and maintain environments, install/configure upgrades, and develop integrations across HCM, FSCM, and Campus Solutions.

Key requirements include strong knowledge of PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, Integration Broker, Oracle DB, and WebLogic.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in PeopleSoft Administration, Functional, or Technical domains.
• Expertise in PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, and Integration Broker.
• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions, or other PeopleSoft modules.
• Knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Experience with WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, and PIA administration.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain PeopleSoft environments across Development, Test, UAT, and Production.
• Install, configure, and upgrade PeopleSoft Applications, PeopleTools, WebLogic, Tuxedo, and Process Scheduler.
• Perform environment refreshes, migrations, patching, and upgrade activities.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Configure and support PeopleSoft modules including HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions, or related applications.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend business process improvements.
• Develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft solutions.
• Design and build PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, SQR, and BI Publisher reports.
• Develop integrations using Integration Broker, REST, SOAP, and file-based interfaces.

Your Role
