Job summary

• Drive strategic people programs including culture, employee experience, leadership development, and AI adoption.
• Deliver organizational transformation through design, restructuring, and M&A initiatives.
• Enable change and stakeholder adoption with strong relationships and change management.
• Drive operational excellence and governance through automation, governance, risk management, and best practices.
• Lead team performance and use workforce analytics to guide decisions and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead P&C Consulting Services

Oversee the delivery of People & Culture consulting services, ensuring priorities are managed effectively, service commitments are met, and stakeholders receive consistent, high-quality support.

2. Partner on Business and Workforce Priorities

Work closely with business leaders and Strategic HRBPs to translate business priorities into people plans, workforce solutions, and measurable outcomes.

3. Drive Strategic People Programs

Lead the execution of key people initiatives, including culture, employee experience, leadership development, capability building, engagement, and AI adoption programs.

4. Deliver Organizational Transformation

Support organizational changes including organizational design, workforce restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, employee transitions, and other transformation initiatives.

5. Enable Change and Stakeholder Adoption

Build strong relationships with leaders, manage complex people challenges, and drive effective change management, communications, and adoption of new initiatives.

6. Drive Operational Excellence and Governance

Ensure P&C processes are efficient, compliant, standardized, and continuously improved through automation, governance, risk management, and best-practice adoption.

7. Lead Team Performance and Insight-Driven Decisions

Develop a high-performing consulting team and leverage workforce analytics and insights to support decision-making, improve outcomes, and guide future priorities.
