NTT DATA, Inc. seeks a strategic People & Culture consulting leader to partner with business leaders and Strategic HRBPs to translate priorities into actionable people plans and measurable outcomes.

You will drive culture and employee experience programs, lead leadership development, support organizational transformation, and enable adoption of new initiatives while ensuring governance and analytics guide decisions.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the delivery of People & Culture consulting services, ensuring priorities are managed effectively, service commitments are met, and stakeholders receive consistent, high-quality support.
• Partner on Business and Workforce Priorities with business leaders and Strategic HRBPs to translate priorities into people plans, workforce solutions, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive Strategic People Programs, including culture, employee experience, leadership development, capability building, engagement, and AI adoption programs.
• Deliver Organizational Transformation through organizational design, workforce restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, employee transitions, and related initiatives.
• Enable Change and Stakeholder Adoption by building relationships with leaders, managing complex people challenges, and driving change management and adoption.
• Drive Operational Excellence and Governance by ensuring P&C processes are efficient, compliant, standardized, and improved through automation and risk management.
• Lead Team Performance and Insight-Driven Decisions by developing a high-performing consulting team and leveraging workforce analytics to support decisions.

Lead the execution of key people initiatives, including culture, employee experience, leadership development, capability building, engagement, and AI adoption programs.

4. Deliver Organizational Transformation

Support organizational changes including organizational design, workforce restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, employee transitions, and other transformation initiatives.

5. Enable Change and Stakeholder Adoption

Build strong relationships with leaders, manage complex people challenges, and drive effective change management, communications, and adoption of new initiatives.

6. Drive Operational Excellence and Governance

Ensure P&C processes are efficient, compliant, standardized, and continuously improved through automation, governance, risk management, and best-practice adoption.

7. Lead Team Performance and Insight-Driven Decisions

Develop a high-performing consulting team and leverage workforce analytics and insights to support decision-making, improve outcomes, and guide future priorities.
