Job summary

Curefoods is seeking a People and AI program strategist to lead AI-driven HR initiatives and digital transformation. You will partner with HR and business leaders to design and deploy AI-powered solutions that enhance employee experience, analytics, and workforce insights.

The role focuses on adopting AI across HR processes, building dashboards, and creating engaging, data-driven content to support business partnering and culture initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in HR, People Operations, HR Technology, Employee Engagement, HR Analytics, or related roles.
• Strong interest in AI, automation, analytics, and digital transformation within HR.
• Hands-on familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Canva, PowerPoint, HRMS platforms, and workflow automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive AI adoption across HR functions to boost productivity and employee experience.
• Identify opportunities to automate HR processes using AI and digital solutions.
• Build and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics for workforce insights.
• Support talent acquisition, engagement, internal comms, learning, and performance initiatives with AI.
• Create AI-powered templates, workflows, chatbots, knowledge bases, and self-service solutions for employees and managers.
• Develop AI-assisted presentations, surveys, and engagement content.
• Lead HR digitization and transformation across the employee lifecycle.
• Analyze engagement data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Act as internal champion for AI adoption and modern workplace tech.

We are looking for a highly curious, tech-savvy, and people-oriented People and AI program strategist to join our HR team.

This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about leveraging Artificial Intelligence, automation, analytics, and modern workplace technologies to transform HR processes while also contributing to employee engagement and business partnering initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

AI, HR Technology & Innovation (80%)

• Drive adoption of AI tools and technologies across HR functions to improve productivity, employee experience, and decision-making
• Identify opportunities to automate HR processes and workflows using AI and digital solutions
• Build and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide actionable workforce insights
• Leverage AI platforms for talent acquisition support, employee engagement, internal communication, learning, and performance initiatives
• Create AI-powered templates, workflows, chatbots, knowledge repositories, and self-service solutions for employees and managers
• Develop presentations, communication campaigns, surveys, and engagement content using AI-assisted tools
• Support HR digitization and transformation projects across the employee lifecycle
• Analyze employee feedback, engagement data, and workforce metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Act as an internal champion for AI adoption by enabling teams to effectively utilize modern workplace technologies

Employee Experience & Engagement (20%)

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, recognition programs, and culture-building initiatives
• Create engaging internal communication campaigns that strengthen organizational culture and employee connect
• Support employee wellbeing, recognition, and morale-building initiatives
• Coordinate and host employee events, town halls, and engagement activities

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• 1–5 years of experience in HR, People Operations, HR Technology, Employee Engagement, HR Analytics, or related roles
• Strong interest in AI, automation, analytics, and digital transformation within HR
• Hands-on familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Canva, PowerPoint, HRMS platforms, and workflow automation tools
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, surveys, and data-driven insights is preferred
• Creative mindset with the ability to combine technology and people-centric thinking
