Job summary

The candidate will manage client meetings, understand project requirements, present capabilities, and pursue tenders while coordinating with the technical team to win projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in PEB, industrial construction, warehouses or civil contracting.
• Strong business-development ability and an active network in Delhi NCR and Haryana.
• Understanding of estimation, BOQs, market rates and tendering.

Responsibilities

• Generate genuine leads and bring PEB warehouse, factory, industrial shed, and related civil-construction projects.
• Build relationships with factory owners, consultants, architects, PEB companies, developers, and corporate clients.
• Arrange and attend client meetings, understand project requirements, and present the company’s capabilities.
• Identify upcoming industrial projects, private tenders, subcontracting opportunities, and civil-work packages.
• Support site visits, quantity assessment, BOQ preparation, estimation, costing, and quotation submission.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert qualified leads into confirmed orders.
• Assist in commercial negotiations and coordinate with the technical team until work is awarded.
• Help develop Lakra Construction’s presence in the PEB and industrial-construction market.
• Maintain a systematic record of leads, meetings, quotations, follow-ups, and conversions.

The main responsibility will be to identify opportunities and bring new business to the company. The candidate should have an established network of factory owners, consultants, architects, PEB manufacturers, industrial developers, and project-management consultants across Delhi NCR and Haryana.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Relevant experience in PEB, industrial construction, warehouses, factories, steel structures, or civil contracting.
• Strong business-development ability and an active network within the Delhi NCR and Haryana industrial market.
• Practical understanding of PEB project processes, civil foundations, flooring, boundary walls, roads, drainage, and associated works.
• Knowledge of estimation, BOQs, market rates, tendering, and commercial negotiations.
• Strong communication, networking, client-handling, and follow-up skills.
• Candidates with a proven record of bringing and converting projects will be preferred.

The candidate must actively generate business opportunities, arrange qualified client meetings, submit relevant proposals, and contribute directly to securing profitable projects for Lakra Construction.
