Growth Heist is seeking a hands-on PCB Fabricator / Electronics Assembly Technician to join our team working on advanced radar, RF and electronic systems.

This role suits those who enjoy practical electronics work, PCB assembly, soldering, inspection, rework and prototype development. You will collaborate with engineering and R&D teams on prototypes and low-volume electronic assemblies.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI or equivalent qualification in Electronics, Electrical, PCB Manufacturing or a related field.
• Hands-on Experience In PCB Assembly And Rework Is Preferred.
• Good knowledge of SMT and THT soldering techniques.
• Ability to read electronic schematics, BOMs and assembly documentation.
• Familiarity with soldering stations, microscopes and basic electronic test instruments.
• Understanding of ESD and safe electronics handling practices.
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform SMT and through-hole (THT) soldering of electronic components.
• Assemble and rework analog, digital and RF PCBs.
• Inspect PCB assemblies for workmanship, solder quality and component placement.
• Perform component replacement, PCB rework and troubleshooting.
• Mount RF connectors, shielding cans and other related hardware.
• Read and interpret schematics, BOMs and assembly drawings.
• Follow ESD, quality and documentation procedures.
• Support prototype builds, engineering modifications and debugging activities.
• Maintain proper records of assembly and rework activities.
• Coordinate with engineers during prototype development and testing.

About The Role
