Job summary

Growth Heist is seeking an RF Engineer to join a technology-driven engineering team working on advanced radar, RF, communication and sensing systems. You will work across RF circuit design, simulation, PCB development, testing and validation.

Responsibilities include designing/ simulating PA, LNA, mixers, filters, RF switches; using ADS, HFSS and KiCad; performing impedance matching and S-parameter analysis; collaborating with PCB, embedded, mechanical and systems teams; and validating designs

Qualifications

• M.Tech / M.E. / PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, RF/Microwave Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2-7 years of relevant experience in RF design and development.

• Design and simulate RF circuits including power amplifiers, LNAs, mixers, filters and RF switches.
• Develop RF front-end and mixed-signal subsystems; perform impedance matching and S-parameter analysis.
• Design and review RF PCB layouts; use ADS, HFSS, KiCad for RF circuit and PCB design.
• Conduct laboratory testing and validation of RF designs; analyze test results and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with PCB, embedded, mechanical and systems engineering teams; support prototype development.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

Design And Simulate RF Circuits Including

• Power Amplifiers (PA)
• Low Noise Amplifiers (LNA)
• Mixers
• Filters
• RF Switches
• Couplers
• Develop RF front-end and mixed-signal subsystems.
• Perform impedance matching and S-parameter analysis.
• Design and review RF PCB layouts and associated circuitry.
• Use tools such as ADS, HFSS and KiCad for RF circuit and PCB design.
• Conduct laboratory testing and validation of RF designs.

Work With Instruments Including

• Vector Network Analyzer (VNA)
• Spectrum Analyzer
• Power Meter
• Oscilloscope
• Analyze test results and troubleshoot RF performance issues.
• Collaborate with PCB, embedded, mechanical and systems engineering teams.
• Support prototype development and design iterations.

Required Qualifications

• M.Tech / M.E. / PhD in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, RF/Microwave Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2-7 years of relevant experience in RF design and development.

Strong Understanding Of
