About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer – Electronics / PCB / RF to ensure the quality and reliability of analog, digital and RF PCB assemblies.
The role involves inspection, quality control, documentation, process monitoring, root-cause analysis and coordination with design, production and testing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Workmanship
- Solder quality
- Component placement and accuracy
- Assembly defects
- Verify PCB assemblies against drawings, BOMs, schematics and test documentation.
- Perform SMT/THT PCB inspection and identify manufacturing defects.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports and non-conformance reports.
- Investigate quality issues and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Monitor manufacturing and assembly processes for quality compliance.
- Coordinate with design, production and test teams to resolve quality issues.
- Support continuous improvement of inspection and quality-control processes.
- Ensure adherence to relevant documentation, process and quality requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in PCB, electronics manufacturing or quality assurance.
- Good understanding of SMT and THT processes.
- Knowledge of common PCB defects and inspection methods.

- Strong attention to detail.
- Good documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering and production teams.
Preferred
- M.Tech qualification.
- Experience with RF assemblies or RF PCB manufacturing.
- Exposure to prototype manufacturing / R&D environments.
- Familiarity with inspection and testing equipment.
