Job Summary: Looking for a Payroll Specialist with strong experience in Indian payroll and statutory compliance. This is a client-facing role handling multiple payroll accounts in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll for multiple clients
• Act as SPOC for payroll-related activities
• Handle salary processing, F&F, reimbursements, and deductions
• Ensure compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity)
• Prepare payroll reports, MIS, and statutory filings
• Resolve payroll queries and support audits

Requirements

• 3+ years in Indian payroll processing
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliance & labour laws
• Experience with HRMS/payroll software
