Job summary

Accenture in Bengaluru is seeking a Payroll Operations Associate CL-12 to manage end-to-end payroll processing for India. The role requires 3 years’ F&F experience, deep knowledge of statutory requirements, and strong collaboration with HR and Finance.

You will handle settlements, tax considerations, and ensure compliant payroll execution. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, with familiarity in gratuity, PF, ESI, and tax reconciliations, and possess a commerce-related degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
• 3 years’ experience in Full & Final Settlement (F&F) processing for India payroll.
• Proficient in end-to-end F&F lifecycle: exit inputs, validations, payouts.
• Knowledge about compensation components affecting F&F calculations.
• Strong grasp of statutory compliance during separation: PF, ESI, PT, LWF.
• Adept at gratuity eligibility, calculation, and payment timelines.
• Experienced with tax implications on F&F payouts, including TDS.
• Updated on latest tax rules and labor law changes affecting exits.
• Focused on accurate reconciliation and audit readiness.
• Effective communicator with HR, Finance, and employees.
• Maintains confidentiality and ensures compliance handling sensitive payroll data
